About CableMate
CableMate is a handheld dynamometer built for practical strength testing: a 960 Hz force sensor that clips to any carabiner or hook. Use it for isometric strength testing of almost any muscle group, or attach it to a cable machine to track force development through the whole range of motion.
Because it is fully portable, you can run objective muscle strength testing anywhere — in the clinic, pitchside, or in the gym. Paired with ForceMate software, every test logs peak force and rate of force development (RFD) and syncs to the cloud, with no subscription.

CableMate in use
CableMate is not tied to a fixed set of tests. You define your own isometric tests in ForceMate Cloud under Exercises & Tags — any muscle group, any setup, any joint angle — so the number of test types and variations is unlimited. Seated knee extension and standing hip abduction are two examples from our test library.
